FAQ

Questions
we hear
often.

Still not sure? Everything you need to make a confident decision — answered plainly.

01 Does anyone in the team need prior experience?

Not at all. Tai Chi is one of the most accessible movement practices in existence — suitable for every age, fitness level, and body type. We've guided groups with 70-year-old executives and 25-year-old engineers in the same room. The instruction is always calibrated to the group in front of us.

02 How much space do we need?

A rough guide is 2 square metres per person — a standard boardroom or open-plan breakout works well. Rooftop terraces, event spaces, and even car parks have all hosted us brilliantly. We'll assess your space in advance and advise on setup.

03 Will people feel awkward or resistant?

Often yes, for the first five minutes. We design the session specifically to dissolve that — through humour, through context, and through the simple fact that when you move slowly and breathe together, the self-consciousness fades quickly. Resistance is expected and welcome.

04 Can this work for a remote or hybrid team?

Yes. We offer live-streamed sessions for fully remote teams, and split-format events for hybrid organisations. Participants only need space equivalent to a yoga mat at home. The group dynamic translates remarkably well to a video format.

05 What does the session cost?

Pricing depends on group size and location. Most single-event bookings for teams of up to 30 fall in the range of £450–£850, including all materials and follow-up resources. Contact us for an exact quote — we'll respond within one business day.

06 What happens after the event?

Every participant receives a five-minute daily practice card and a digital resource guide. For organisations who want to go deeper, we offer ongoing weekly programmes, quarterly event packages, and leadership retreats. Many clients book their first event as a trial — and rarely stop there.
